After a beautiful sunset in the hills overlooking Belinho, we ended up n’ O Buraco, by chance. The two first choices were nowhere to be found in a maze of small streets, with a side view mirror scratched to prove it. Seated outside in a surprising calm and comfortable evening we had Sopa de Peixe (Mercedes favorite, she had 2 ⅓ doses + one to go!), Bacalhau à Buraco, Clams, and to top it all off, some delicious Arroz de Marisco. Highly recommended and for sure with multiple future visits on the calendar. O simpático Sr. Arsénio was a great host throughout the night. We will be back to try other dishes from their menu.
